A major concern some clients have about video production is the amount of time it will take to complete as well as how invasive the process will be within the walls of their company. At Jobing, we truly believe the process can be quick and fun for our clients and their employees.
Before the shoot, we work with you to determine the precise recruitment message you are looking to convey and work with you to plan the shoot in the most efficient manner. Our pre-planning ensures the shoot goes as planned and provides as little distraction as possible to your employees.
On the day of the shoot the video consultant you have been working with will arrive with a camera, some microphones and a light kit. He/She will work with you to scout the best locations in your building to film (if not already covered) and will set-up the equipment. From there on, your video consultant will work with the individuals being interviewed to make the experience fun and engaging to ensure that we capture the most genuine and authentic footage to meet the overall goals. Depending on the end product desired, most shoots last (from start to finish) two to three hours - not days or weeks.
After the shoot is finished, your video consultant will pack up and head back to our offices to get started on editing your piece. Ultimately we want you recruiting people within days or weeks (based on the scope of the project), not months -so you'll receive a quality video proof in a quick turn-around time.
